There are several living areas around the villa. The main lounge/TV/games room area is on the ground floor overlooking one of the fish ponds & further out over the swimming pool to the forest. Large lounge couches & coffee table, flat screen TV with international cable TV channels, a PS3 player, card games, board games and a small library of books etc are all available.

There are also outdoor & alfresco areas to sit and read, play games, watch a movie or have a cool drink with family & friends, 2 of these areas have lighting & ceiling fans, comfy couches & coffee tables & there are many sets of tables & chairs around also. The larger bedrooms also have sitting areas for your enjoyment.
